Introduction of waterproof grade of waterproof breathable membrane
details
Modern society and technology are developing rapidly and changing with each passing day. With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the equipment they use, many equipment have requirements for waterproof and dustproof. Which are there? Let's learn about it with Goel editor:
Waterproof grade of waterproof breathable membrane
IPX0: Electronic products without waterproof protection
IPX1: Under normal operating conditions, electronic equipment can provide waterproof protection equivalent to 3-5 mm/min rainfall for 10 minutes.
IPX2: The level is basically the same as IPX-1, but it can pass the waterproof test of upturned 15 degrees in all directions.
IPX3: Splash and waterproof protection at a 60° angle, providing waterproof protection at a flow rate of 10 liters/second for 2-5 minutes and a pressure of 80-100n/m.
IPX4: The level is basically the same as IPX-3, but it can provide all-round and angle splash and waterproof protection.
IPX5: Waterproof protection in all directions and angles, providing waterproof protection at a flow rate of 12.5 liters/second and a pressure of 30n/m for 2-3 minutes.
IPX6: Waterproof protection against large waves, can withstand a depth of 3 meters underwater for 2-3 minutes, a flow rate of 100 liters/min, and a pressure of 100n/m.
IPX7: 1 meter underwater can be soaked for 30 minutes.
IPX8: Completely waterproof, can be used in water continuously for a long time.
The choice of waterproof and breathable membrane can be determined according to the use requirements and the use environment, so as to better protect the equipment and enable the equipment to be used normally.
